The Ruapehu room with its lovely views of Lake Taupo is very versatile and can be configured with tables and chairs to suit your requirements. We can provide seating for up to 22 boardroom style or 30 theatre style and there is room for 40 for social gatherings. The room is equipped with a Sony overhead projector and surround sound, ideal for presentations from your laptop or via DVD, SKY TV, or complimentary broadband Internet. A whiteboard, iced water, mints and all day tea and coffee are complimentary. A breakout area with table and seats, umbrella is also adjacent in a lovely garden setting.

Full catering from the hotels award- winning caterer is available, with a wide range of menu options, catering to every taste and any special needs. Continental or cafe breakfasts are available delivered to rooms or for large groups a breakfast buffet can be provided in the Ruapehu room |
Accommodation
The 19 luxury studios and suites have workstations with free internet, Sky TV and DVD players with complimentary DVDs. In winter they are cosy with under floor heating providing warmth in our New Zealand winters and in summer they are cool with air-conditioning. All except 2 have spa baths.
