Alpine Lake Motor Lodge is a short walking distance to many fine cafes and restaurants, including award winning Zest Cafe and the Brantry Restaurant, both just 3 minutes walk around the corner.
Local restaurants do not have trout on their menu as commercial trout fishing is not permitted in New Zealand. However if you do catch a trout while in Taupo local restaurants will cook your catch for you to enjoy.
The guest folder contains menus for many others and we can suggest one to suit your taste. Many restaurants will also deliver to your unit.
