Twin single beds are in the lounge area and a King size bed is in the bedroom, along with a 2nd TV.  Spa bath and separate shower in the bathroom. Kitchen with ceramic hob and microwave. Set back from the road and one of our quietest rooms. Sleeps 4.

UPPER LEVEL. A very spacious studio room with a king size bed and views to the mountains, overlooking our picnic area and garden.

Ensuite with shower. Kitchen has full size fridge and a microwave.

Please note this room does not have underfloor heating but has a large heat pump / air conditioning. At the back of the property this is one of our quietest rooms and our only room with wide sweeping mountain and lake views.

Studio room for only $149.  Kitchen with ceramic hobs and microwave. Smart TV. King bed and spa bath may be available by request. Sleeps 1 person - please enquire for twin share or groups.
